Valerie & Jason :: Engagement

I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving weekend! I know I sure did. Not only did I have a chance to see family and friends, I managed to fit in a bunch of engagement sessions in only 3 days! I’d had many shoots that had been postponed due to the miserable weather lately but this weekend, we were hit with sun overload! I guess it was something extra to be thankful for.

Valerie and Jason’s session was the first to kick off the weekend. We met up at Victoria Island near downtown Ottawa. We had a great time just walking around, chatting, and of course taking pictures. I love engagement shoots because it allows me to get to know my clients and it gives them a chance to get to know the way I work and even a little about me too!

I learned so much about Valerie and Jason and it makes me feel great that when it comes down to their wedding day, they aren’t complete strangers. I hope your vegan Thanksgiving dinner went well you two
