Weekly findings :: Five

I love horses. Everytime I’m around them, I feel this calm. Their eyes are so expressive and I love capturing them.

I don’t know why I like this picture as much as I do, but looking at it, brings me back to the day I took it. The smell, the feel and the thoughts that passed me by as I sat in the field and took in such a beautiful sight…

Madison :: Lifestyle

I had such a blast with Madison last night, she was up for all of my crazy ideas. Madison and I found out that we have lots in common! We both share an interest in bugs, crafts and adventures in the wild. She even takes singing and dancing lessons with my old teacher! Small world…

Here are a few sneak peaks into her session!

Madison – I hope you have a wonderful time starting school, I know you were very excited to see your friends again :)

Sarah :: Maternity

I had a beautiful session with Sarah and her belly earlier this week!

I just LOVE capturing mommies-to-be because they shine. There is this radiant essence that they give out that cannot be explained but it’s beautiful, nonetheless, and Sarah does just that.

Sarah and her husband Matt, decided to keep the sex of their child a suprise. I give them both huge props for being able to do that! I know for a fact, that I would never have enough will power to keep it a secret for 9 MONTHS! Well, whatever the sex may be, he/she will be GORGEOUS, I am certain of it :)

Here are their teasers!

The session took place at Sarah’s family farm. The farm has been passed on from generation to generation – I couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to take these shots! There were a few cows and calves too and I tried to capture those in the background but let’s just say the bull got a little frisky and we got some hilarious ‘action’ shots instead! Fortunately for my readers, this blog is rated PG 13 :) haha!

Matt tagged along for a few shots as well…
